Andrew Bhak

Andrew is Managing Director and Head of the Healthcare Investment Banking Group for BMO Capital Markets. Andrew has spent his entire 25-plus year career covering the Healthcare sector. He has served as advisor on more than $135 billion of M&A transactions, as well as debt and equity financings, for large and small companies, including CVS Health, Agiliti Health, Kindred Healthcare, GreatCall, Diplomat Pharmacy, Quest Diagnostics, Select Medical, and HCA Healthcare.
Andrew joined BMO from JP Morgan where he was a Managing Director in Healthcare Investment Banking. Prior to that, he served as Co-Head of Healthcare Services at Deutsche Bank and served in similar capacity at Morgan Stanley, where he helped build its healthcare services investment banking franchise.
Prior to his career as an investment banker, Andrew was a senior equity research analyst responsible for coverage of the healthcare provider and services sector. Andrew also serves as a Visiting Scholar at the Yale School of Management, on the Leadership Council for the Dean of the Yale School of Public Health, and on the Advisory Board for the Yale Healthcare.Andrew attended Yale University for his M.P.H. and received his B.G.S. from Kent State University.

Dr. L. Nneka Mobisson has over two decades of experience driving innovation in global healthcare systems and improving population health outcomes. Through her work in the private, nonprofit and public sectors across myriad health systems and economies, she has extensive experience in health and healthcare policy, strategy, innovation, quality, patient safety, disease management, and wellness.
As co-founder and CEO of mDoc, a digital health social enterprise which integrates proven methodologies in data, quality, and behavioral science with web and mobile-based technologies to support people with chronic disease, she is pioneering a new system for cutting edge innovation in healthcare delivery across Africa. Through her leadership, mDoc has collaborated with the UK FCDO, Google for Startups, USAID, Merck for Mothers, Boehringer Ingelheim and other partners to scale telehealth to drive system transformation.
